Returns (Printed Books)
EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving printed products.
To request a return, please contact heli.heiskanen@origonova.fi.
Returned products must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact heli.heiskanen@origonova.fi within 7 days of delivery, preferably with photos.
A replacement or refund will be arranged.
Digital Products (eBooks and audios)
eBooks and audios are delivered immediately after purchase.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and waives the statutory right of withdrawal.
Digital products are non-refundable.
