This spring, I’m hosting a small, grounded Real Me Retreat by the sea in Crete for those who feel the need to slow down and reconnect with themselves. This is a retreat where presence, acceptance and authenticity matter more than words, a safe, shared space with guided sessions, listening inward and time to simply be. In this live circle, we explore intuition in practice: how to recognise its signals, distinguish intuition from fear or mental noise, and use intuitive guidance in everyday choices. In this online circle, we explore high sensitivity in a gentle, multi-layered way: how it shows up in everyday life, how it affects the body and relationships, and what supports balance and wellbeing – returning to the Real Me Within.
